Terms and Conditions Ohm Yoga Studio

1.1. All prices communicated by Ohm Yoga Studio include VAT, unless indicated otherwise.

1.2. Subscription fees are collected by Ohm Yoga Studio by direct debit , this will take place every month from the moment you start the subscription. You enter into a payment obligation of at least 6 months, after which the subscription  can be canceled monthly.

1.3. Under no circumstances can participants claim a full or partial refund of lesson (card) fees, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. (ie in the event of an accident, death, injury.) The subscription/ride card can be put on pause in these cases. (Trial) lessons and ride cards have a validity period that cannot be deviated from, it is the responsibility of the customer to observe this.

2. Lessons

2.1. Ohm Yoga Studio classes are offered according to a schedule, the schedule can be changed in the meantime.

2.2. In principle, classes have a permanent teacher, but Ohm Yoga Studio can deploy a replacement teacher.

2.3. If unable to attend a lesson, the participant must sign out in time (up to 2 hours before the start) for the lesson via their own momo account or in the app. place for someone else.

2.4. Ohm Studio works with the online reservation system; as long as there is room, everyone is welcome to participate, sign up for the class on the schedule in the app or when you are logged in.

3. Cancellation for a workshop must be made at least 5 working days before the start of the workshop via info@ohmstudio.nl. If the participant unsubscribes in time, the participation fee will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of non-registration or late cancellation, no refund of the participation fee can be claimed. Workshop participation is not personal; it is possible to have a replacement person participate in a workshop.

4. Validity, renewal, blocking and cancellation

4.1. Monthly subscriptions are personal and therefore cannot be used by other persons.

4.2. Subscriptions are concluded for at least 6 months. After this period, the subscription will be tacitly renewed for an indefinite period, with a written (email) notice period of 1 month.

4.3. Subscription fees are collected monthly. If for whatever reason a direct debit is not possible, the direct debit will be offered again. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the subscription fee for the month in question will be invoiced (€ 2.50 will be charged for administration costs). If several times direct debit proves impossible, Ohm Studio has the right to terminate a subscription and a note will be made. Het owed amount will have to be paid.

4.4. In the event of a demonstrable injury and/or accident, a subscription can be temporarily blocked. A block is requested via info@ohmstudio.nl and lasts as long as necessary for the recovery of the participant, with a maximum of 12 months.

4.5. It is not possible to block retroactively or to get money back for a period in which no lessons have been taken.

5. Cancellation of lessons, training courses and/or workshops & holiday schedule

5.1. Ohm Studio is closed during Christmas and New Year's Day .  The closing dates of other holidays will be communicated in good time via our website, Facebook page and/or in the studio.

5.2. During school holiday periods, as listed on www.schoolvakanties-nederland.nl, classes are offered regularly, with the exception of the summer holidays. The Summer Holiday schedule will be communicated in good time via our newsletter, website, Facebook page and/or in the studio.

5.3. Closing dates and adjusted class schedules during school holidays, as referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article, are included in our rates.

5.4. In case of insufficient participants, at the sole discretion of Ohm Studio, a workshop may be cancelled. Ohm Studio ensures that cancellation is communicated as soon as possible via our facebook page, email and/or text message.

5.5. If Ohm Studio cancels a workshop, all participants who have already paid will receive the paid amount back within 14 days.

6. Risk and Liability

6.1. Participation in the lessons, training and/or workshops provided by Ohm Studio is always at the participant's own responsibility and risk.

6.2. Participants must be aware of their health and physical condition and inform the teacher about this - or about a change therein. If in doubt about participation, always consult a doctor/therapist!

6.3. Ohm Studio is not liable for any accidents, injuries and/or other personal injury caused during or as a result of the lessons, training and/or workshops. Ohm Studio cannot also be held liable for loss, misappropriation or theft of or damage - both direct and indirect - to goods.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1. Ohm Studio handles all information made available by the participant and possibly confidential information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

7.2. Ohm Studio will not provide personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the participant.

8. Other provisions

8.1. Wearing outdoor footwear is not allowed in the studio .

8.2. It is not allowed to eat in the hall, drinks may be taken in a lockable water bottle.

8.3. Ohm Studio reserves the right to make interim changes such as rate changes (annual indexation as of January 1, its prices or as a result of changing legislation), opening hours, teaching times, etc.

9. Applicable law, complaints and disputes

9.1. Dutch law applies to all services and/or deliveries of Ohm Studio

9.2. A complaint about a service, treatment and/or product provided must be reported by telephone or in writing within 5 working days after delivery.

9.3. Ohm Studio will contact the complainant as soon as possible in order to discuss the complaint and find a solution that is suitable for both parties.

9.4. If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved in mutual consultation - after the utmost effort(s) on the part of both parties - the dispute will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.

9.5. If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions is/are invalid or void in whole or in part, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Final provision These provisions apply to all offers, agreements and other legal acts of Ohm Studio. In all cases not provided for in these general terms and conditions, the decision rests exclusively with Ohm Studio.
